We love working directly with people and families, but we are also comfortable working with relocation specialists. We offer lease extensions with a 30-day notice, and we provide a truly all-inclusive rental home with utilities, lawn care, snow removal and internet provided.

OTHER DETAILS: Monthly rent rate can differ depending on lease terms, which are flexible and negotiable. We complete background/credit checks (soft pull) through a third-party company ($35). Alternatives to the background/credit check can potentially be arranged. Other fees include a $1,000 security deposit (refundable), $400 cleaning fee and $50/month pet rent per pet.
