Guests have access to entire property with the exception of one closet.
Other things to note
• LEASE AGREEMENT •
Any rental over 30 days requires a signed lease. Renter's insurance is recommended.

• IDENTIFICATION •
The primary renter must be at least 21 years of age and be present during the entire stay (No third-party rentals). Upon booking we will ask for an ID from the primary guest who is booking with us and for the names of all adults in your party.

• COMMUNITY •
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 7 AM and be good neighbors.

• SECURITY •
To enhance security at the entrance, we have installed cameras at the front entrance facing the street, overlooking the driveway, and overlooking the gate to the backyard. These cameras allow us to see and communicate with visitors at the front door and monitor for unexpected entrance to the property. However, we also respect your privacy during your stay and want to reassure you that there are no cameras installed inside the house itself. We firmly believe in creating a welcoming and comfortable environment where you can relax without any concerns about being monitored.
