The bathroom done in matte black has floating shelves for storage space, a high-end lite mirror, and a solid surface modern vanity. There is a new upgraded Toto commode with a heated seat, a front and back warm water wash, as well as an air dry.

The shower is done with Brizo's Jason WU thermostatic controls that allow the same temperature every time you get it the shower. Thermostatic balancing doesn't dip temps if someone else turns on water but most importantly with the Independant volume and temperature controls you can dial in your shower experience. While keeping temps stable you can change your flow to give a warm light rain or a drenching downpour with your 16" rain head. The front shower/hand shower I chose by Hansgrohe will deliver either a pulsing or misting shower experience if you prefer to stay with a traditional shower and have the option to keep from getting your hair wet. Let your mood be reflected in just the shower or the whole house with app controls your phone can sync gentle music and lighting together to simulate a rainy day, or a light thunderstorm. Carry your effects in the shower of through the rest of the home lighting.
A large tankless water heater is run in conjunction with a 50-gallon tank to keep endless water in case your partner gets carried away.
Head downstairs guided by your whole house ambiance LED. Past your hardwood floors you will find cozy dense new high-end Shaw carpet with a premium stain resistant pad.
In your main bedroom suite, we niches have been cut in and deeps sills lined and trimmed with cedar and maple wood. Surround sound speakers are run in the Primary Suite and bathroom. There is a 3cm custom floating granite vanity with a Marble back splash and highlight wall. Your accent wall is balanced with smooth curves of your Slipper tub and floating oversized curved Kohler sink. There is also a new American Standard Studio S commode paired with a Kohler bidet offers a warm seat, and night lighting for midnight trips without bright lights.
Enjoy the comfort of heated Quartzite under your foot in the bathrooms while you gather your linens from your heated towel rack. Stay organized with your multiple closets and built-in shelving and drawers. Draw your automated blinds and comfortable lay down under dim and relaxed light at night throughout the room or the whole suite.

All Bathrooms offer a high sanitation level with Adorne touchless wave lighting controls for hygienics. The final 3rd bathroom features a Granite waterfall bench, heated quartzite floors, a floating Laufen European sink with under storage drawers, A lighted medicine cabinet, custom tiled niches, black Jason Wu designer wall mount faucet, and a wall mounted Toto Aquia toilet and bidet.
Slider doors offer soft closes on them. Hinged doors are all solid core and have brass egg nobs by Baldwin.

Garage can be negotiated but is not included.
