Welcome to our brand-new 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom home built in 2023! This modern retreat offers space for up to 10 guests with seating for 7 at the dining table and 2 more at the bar stools. Our open-plan living area is flooded with natural light, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals.

All 5 bedrooms are designed for your comfort, ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep. The 3 full bathrooms offer a spa-like ambiance. Enjoy the patio and BBQ grill in the spacious yard. Our home is located in a prime spot, giving you easy access. We’re here to assist with any questions during your stay.

The entire home is for you to enjoy, and the backyard is fully fenced and private. One closet is locked and reserved for supplies.

All 30-day stay guests will get a welcome tour with our Tour Guide unless declined by the client.

No public transit nearby, vehicles are required.

We include a reasonable starter amount of toilet paper, paper towels, and other consumables like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish detergent and laundry detergent. Beyond the starter package, our guests are expected to manage their own refills.

Well behaved cats and dogs with non-refundable deposit ($250 per pet per stay). Pls keep animals off furniture and pick up after your dog in the backyard. Poop bags are provided.
