Location is directly around the corner from many aerospace companies in El Segundo, Los Angeles Space Force Base a 10 minute walk or 2 min. drive, SpaceX 2 miles direcly down the road and 1 turn outside of the neighborhood and down 4 miles is the beach!  Literally a perfect location!
