The house comes with 2 bedrooms with a king-size bed and a queen-size bed, 2 full bathrooms, fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with 65" TV, a fenced-in yard and washer / dryer. The primary bedroom has a connecting bathroom with a big soaking tub and a massive walk-in closet. The entire house is fully furnished, decorated and freshly painted. There is an option for another bed (a foldable twin-size bed with mattress and bedding) if notified in advance. The house is located on the quiet sound-side, yet in a central location with grocery stores, restaurants, drug stores, etc. A community pier on the sound is in the walking distance right in the development. The shared area comes with picnic tables, chairs, grill and a fire pit. The neighborhood also comes with 2 parks.
