Steps away from the beach

This is a seasonal property. Extended stays are offered from Oct-May. It is the fifth house in from the beach access and just a short walk to the boardwalk. Plenty of parking available off season! This is a quiet side street with year round and seasonal property owners. The house has two units (one up and one down). The upstairs unit can be rented as a one bedroom ($1600/mo)or a two bedroom (($1850/mo).
Pets allowed at owners discretion. Unit is fully furnished! Washer and dryer in the unit. Short drive takes you to plenty of shopping and easy access to the Garden State Parkway.
