The space

You'll have plenty of space for all of your guests to relax in the comfortable bedrooms, gather in the large living area with fireplace, or enjoy watching the boats come and go from the private balcony.

The private balcony has seating for your whole group as well as a fire place and grill. Perfect for a fall game day weekend!

In the mornings, you'll hear the geese fly in and gather on the green space by the water.

The condo comes with one of the best boat slips in the area. Bring your boat, or you can rent one at Harbor Point Marina, which is less than a 5 minute drive from the condo. (Tip: If you are renting the boat on a Saturday, they will usually let you pick it up on Friday afternoon at 5:00 for just $150 more. That gives you an entire evening to enjoy the lake!)

The pool is less than a 5 minute walk. It has a fun water slide for kids and a relaxing fountain in the middle.

As you walk down to the lake, you can enjoy fishing from the bank, or just sit on one of the provided benches to take in the sounds and sights directly.

Kids will enjoy a large green space between the condo and the water. Great for throwing the football or just getting some energy out.

Guest access
Guests will enjoy access to the entire condo, including three bedrooms, a large open kitchen with spacious living room, and a private balcony overlooking beautiful Lake Martin. Guests also have access to the boat slip that is on the end of the dock. This slip is in deeper water and able to used through around October 15.
