**Upon arrival we do have a Pre Checkin Procedure that requires Fully refundable security deposit and a signed rental agreement.

You have a 2 bed 2 bath apartment with vaulted ceilings. Massive closets and master has a stand up shower. Access to an on-site pool, gym, fitness center, grilling stations, business center, and a sports lounge. Their a patio area and a small garden area fenced off just for you!

VERY IMPORTANT TRASH PROCEDURES

This property has a valet trash service and they are particular how they want the trash disposed. Please make sure to read carefully the procedures. If we get fined, you may owe the amounts for your stay.

To ensure your trash is picked up properly, please follow these steps:
1. Place your trash bin outside your door between 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
2. All trash must be secured in a tied trash bag and placed inside the Ally waste provided container.
3. After pickup, please bring your Ally waste container back inside by 9:00 AM the following morning.

🚫 Please Note: Any trash bins or bags left outside after the designated times will result in a $25 violation fee per bag, This fee will be sent to you for covering property violations during your stay if violated.

In regards to the trash rooms: Please ensure that all trash is placed inside the chute by opening the chute door and dropping the bag in. Do not leave trash on the floor or anywhere else in the trash room. Leaving trash in the room instead of using the chute creates unsanitary conditions and affects the quality of life for everyone in the building. Security cameras are actively monitoring the trash rooms, and any guest found leaving trash improperly will be subject to a $50 fine per occurrence.

You will have access to the entire apartment and all amenities on the property. You can reach Volonte Management Team directly24/7 through the airbnb app and you will receive a direct phone number contact as well at booking!

We work diligently to answer all your messages in a timely manner. During normal business hours between 8am-5pm, we will be able to answer any questions extremely quick. Anything outside normal business hours please give us some time to respond, as we will answer all questions as soon as possible. We strive to have to best communication with all guests.
