I would like to charge $9,000/month if tenants are renting for just 1 month.

I would like to charge $8,000/month if tenants are renting for just 2 months.

I would like to charge $7,000/month if tenants are renting for just 3 months.

I would like to charge $6,000/month if tenants are renting for OVER 3 months.

I am open to some flexibility and negotiations with my rental pricing.
