Close to popular shopping centers, parks, schools, and restaurants & only 8 miles from the beach! 4 Bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms; 1 bedroom and bathroom is on the main floor. The primary suite has a large canyon view deck. The open floor plan with vaulted ceilings & large windows provides an abundance of natural light. Home is equipped with solar panels.

This is a furnished home and we are happy to work with insurance companies to help with displaced families in the area. Pricing is also based on seasonality and subject to change. Rent varies based on seasonality.

Utilities are negotiable with utility cap.
We are pet friendly with additional pet deposit.
Cleaning fee will be required at move out.

As this is a rental term exceeding 30 days, prospective tenants will need a lease agreement and a credit-based security deposit.
