This is a tiny home decorated with a flamingo theme. It is 12x24 with a walled off bathroom and as much kitchen as would fit. We included a 2 burner induction stove, pots and pans, dishes and silverware, microwave and small refrigerator.

The main room has a queen bed and two separate tables (one to eat and one to work). It has a wall mounted TV.

All utilities are included (water, sewer, trash, electric). The water heater is instantaneous (tank-less). Laundry facilities are across the way to the main house on the outside porch.

Entrance is via a keypad. Air/Heat is through a ductless mini-split on the wall of the main room. It has a deck/porch for morning coffee, evening cocktails or smoking.

No smoking inside please. No pets in this unit.
