★Important to Note ★

This is an upper flat in a duplex-style home. Each apartment has their own driveway, private entry, and laundry. While none of the spaces are shared, there is 1 neighboring unit and there is possibility of noise from other guests. Because this is an upper flat and there is no yard access, this is not an ideal space for pets. Please ask about our other homes that may be better suited for pets!

★LONG TERM BOOKINGS★

Please note that we may require a signed lease for guests who will stay 28 days or more.
Guest access
Guests will have their own private driveway and own private entrance.
There are no shared spaces.
This unit is 100% private!
Other things to note
Guests should note that you’ll need to walk up stairs to enter the unit. Because of this, it is not the a pet friendly space and it is encouraged for guests to find alternative accommodations if pets will be traveling with you.
