Nearby are top notch restaurants, grocery stores, AT&T stadium, Globe life stadium, Six Flags park, Hurricane Harbor and Texas Live providing convenience and entertainment options!

A very open floorplan that allows an easy flow within the home. Master suite is downstairs along with family room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, study/office with desk and half bath. The upstairs has a work-out area, one full bathroom and bedrooms (2 with desks) for work from home options! Please note that the bunk beds in the 4th bedroom have a maximum weight for each bed of 160 lbs... definitely for children and lighter adults.
3 bedrooms have TVs as well as a TV in the Family room and upstairs loft. There is an outdoor grill area and several areas to "hang-out"... making this the perfect home!
There is full access to the house and one parking space in the garage.
Other things to note:
Deposit: 1 month's rent
Application Fee: $150 1st adult. $50 for any additional adults
Paid Utilities include: Wifi, water and electricity(up to $250/month) included. Electricity overages are due with the next month's rent.
Renters Insurance is required.
Pets (dogs up to 50 pounds) are allowed at an additional fee.
For stays longer than 30 days a monthly cleaning and linens change out will be required at a rate of $225 per month.
