This rental is fully furnished and move-in ready. It is rented month by month and perfect for mid-term rentals. MINIMUM STAY IS 30 DAYS. Much more affordable than staying in a hotel and you have the necessary amenities such as the convenience of a full kitchen, dining, washer/dryer, etc. It comfortably sleeps 5 people.

CONVENIENT LOCATION: Less than a mile away, you have OnVida Hospital (Yuma Regional Medical Center) and other medical centers. Theres a shopping center close by with Starbucks, Albertsons Grocery, Super Walmart, and great local eateries.

TV: The home is equipped with 1 smart TV in the living room. You may input your own login to access any apps. There are some traditional tv channels available for you to enjoy.
