The home features a dedicated home office for focused workdays and a game room where everyone can unwind after a day of exploring Atlanta and Marietta. The open living spaces make it easy to gather for meals, movies, or conversation without feeling crowded.
Because the home is fully carpeted, we maintain a no-shoes policy indoors to help keep the space fresh, clean, and comfortable for all guests. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us care for the home.
Step outside and you'll find a large yard with plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors. Please note that the yard is not fenced. The home is also not pet-friendly.
Located in a peaceful West Marietta neighborhood, you'll be close to some of the area's most popular destinations while enjoying a quieter residential setting away from busy commercial corridors. The location makes it easy to spend a morning hiking scenic trails, enjoy lunch in a historic downtown square, or head into Atlanta for sporting events, concerts, and entertainment.

Please note: While our home is professionally cleaned and maintained, Georgia's natural environment means that occasional insects may find their way indoors, especially during seasonal changes. Regular pest control service is in place, but occasional sightings may occur.
