The deck house

This entire House is in an ideal location, 4 houses from the sand, in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. The house is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Full Bath, updated cottage style home on one level and sleeps up to 6 people. The house is Family and Kid friendly. The Backyard Patio is enclosed includes a Dog Run, gas BBQ Grill &Table with Umbrella seating for 6. There is also a Roof Top Deck with an unobstructed View of the beach and ocean, seats 6 with Adirondack Chairs, Cantalever Umbrella and Fire Pit.

There is a master bedroom with a Cal King Bed and a second bedroom with a Queen Bed. There is a pull out Sofa Bed in the living room which sleeps 2. There is an open space multi use area next to the living room which has 2 Twin Beds. (Pack n play is available upon request). There are 2 Full baths, one is attached to the master bedroom and the second bathroom is in the hallway and has both a shower and a tub. There is a Cozy Fireplace in the living room for your enjoyment on cooler nights.
