A quiet residential street in Decatur - mature trees, sidewalks, very little traffic. Groceries, pharmacies, coffee and restaurants within minutes. Mason Mill Park and Clyde Shepherd Nature Preserve nearby when you need to be outside; the DeKalb Farmers Market is a local institution worth the trip.

Pets are welcome - please keep them off the beds and furniture and clean up after them in the yard.
No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.
