3rd Bedroom
• Sleeping for 4 with 2 twin beds on the bottom and a full size bed on top. Manufacturer recommends no children under 6 on the top bunk with a 250 lb. weight limit.

Loft
• A sleeper sofa is provided for additional sleeping or a place to lounge with a good book
• Toddler table and chair set is ready for your kiddo's creativity
• Linen closet in the loft area has the cutest dress up clothes for kids and games for all ages

• Fully fenced patio with teak chairs. (No grass in fenced area)

Garage
• You are welcome to park in the attached 2 car garage. 2 additional vehicles can park on the driveway.
