For the safety of our guests and our property, we use a standard guest verification and damage waiver program. After booking, you will receive a link from our 3rd party provider Truvi to verify your identity and electronically sign our rental agreement. This is a standard requirement for all reservations and takes just a minute.

Please note that your reservation is pending until the above-mentioned items are completed. Failure to complete the verification may result in the reservation being canceled per our house rules.

For longer stays (30+ days), we may require a background check and a signed Lease Agreement.
