The Valerio House - A Modern Luxury Home with a Boutique Hotel Feel

This home was curated to give our guests a high-end modern luxury hotel feel; without the loss of its cozy charm. Enjoy the beauty of natural sunlight through a perfectly placed skylight in the center of the main living area. The living room also encompasses a large sliding glass door which opens up to a spacious private backyard.

The Valerio House consists of 2 living rooms, 1 large dining room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a fully remodeled grand open floor concept. Although this is a single story home, there are multiple levels with stairs leading to the front door, dining room, kitchen & back half of the house. The home is both practical and high-tech with the inclusion of 5 floating HD Smart TV’s, a high-end sound system, automated central heating & A/C, and voice command controls with Smart Home. Also, take advantage of a fully stocked kitchen with everything needed to make the perfect meals (stainless steel appliances, cookware, a complete baking set, utensils, serving bowls, Keurig, etc).

The home features all of the modern amenities needed to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable stay. Feel free to take advantage of the dishwasher as well as a full-size washer and dryer. There’s also a small inventory of cleaning supplies, first-aid kits, multiple on-site fire extinguishers, and smoke/carbon monoxide alarms for your safety.

The Valerio House is nestled in a family neighborhood and is centrally located next to grocery stores, CVS, Target, and 2 Starbucks within-walking distances (for the coffee lovers). As for entertainment, you are near several shopping malls, a movie theater, bowling, multiple golf courses, gyms, and the Ventura Strip which has various bars, lounges, & restaurants. All within a 10-15 minute driving radius.

Whether your stay is long or short, we recommend you to take advantage of everything that LA has to offer. With quick access to the 405 & 101 freeways, you can easily make your way to many attractions: popular shopping centers like Sherman Oaks, NoHo West, and Northridge Malls, Topanga Village, Vineyards at Porter Ranch, and The Grove & Farmers Market. A short drive also takes you to amusement parks such as Universal Studios and Six Flags Magic Mountain. Sporting events can be attended at Sofi Stadium, BMO Stadium, Dodgers Stadium, & the Staples Center. Lets not forget about Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Griffith Observatory, The Getty, and beaches such as Venice Beach, Santa Monica Pier, and Malibu. (Van Nuys Airport, Burbank Airport, & LAX Airport)

We accommodate up to 8 guests per booking; however if you would like to add additional guests, please message us for approval.

NO PETS, NO PARTIES, & NO SMOKING OR DRUGS OF ANY KIND ALLOWED!

No Garage Access. There is plenty of street parking in front of the property.

Master Bedroom w/ EnSuite Bathroom (Sleeps 2): California King Bed with plush bedding; suitable for guests of all sizes. Headboard has a special LED lighting to set the mood just right. Walk-in closet, Full Length Body Mirror, & Lounge Chair w/ Ottoman. Dedicated office desk w/ comfortable seating. 55'' HD SmartTV, Smart Mini with smart home control. Master bathroom has 2 vanities and a large walk-in shower with a multi-function showerhead.

Guest Bedroom #1 (Sleeps 2): Full-Sized Bed with cozy bedding, blackout curtains, & a reclining chair. 55'' HD SmartTV and a dedicated office desk w/ comfortable seating.

Guest Bedroom #2 (Sleeps 4): 2 Full-Sized Beds with comfy bedding, a 55'' adjustable mount HD SmartTV and dedicated office desk w/ comfortable seating.

Common Area Sleeping (Sleeps 2): Full-Sized sleeper sofa + 2” memory foam topper and a queen-sized air mattress that can be placed in the living room.

All rooms have extra sets of sheets, linens, duvets, & pillows for all beds.
