The vineyard house

4 bedroom 3 bathrooms with a private Pool & Hot Tub/Spa. We accept pets with a $50 monthly Fee per pet per Month and a $300 Refundable Pet Deposit. Only one Street Light away from the first Winery in Wine Country. Great house for Families who need a bedroom & bathroom on the first floor. Big front yard and dog area in the back. We have very flexible leases one month minimum. Can extend or cancel after the first 30 days with a notice of 2 weeks. Current Renters may be given the option of first right of refusal if you’re on a month to month agreement.
