The house built in 1960 was featured in Better Homes & Gardens magazine. It has vaulted ceilings, a screen porch connected to the living room and a walk out lower level. The backyard is L-shaped and fenced. The property is only a few yards from a park where there are many activities and events. There is also a trail and a forest preserve to explore. There will be some noise from the railroad (no horn) that runs along the backyard and through the forest preserve so it is semi private from the back view.
