The Willow

Welcome to The Willow, a spacious and peaceful furnished home tucked away at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in Atlanta's desirable Northlake/Briarcliff area. Designed for comfortable extended stays, this home is an excellent option for insurance housing, relocating families, corporate travelers, healthcare professionals and temporary assignments.

The main level offers a bright, open-concept living, dining and kitchen area with large windows and abundant natural light. A dedicated workspace makes working from home easy, while a half bath and two-car garage provide added convenience.

Upstairs are three guest bedrooms. The primary suite features a queen bed and private en-suite bathroom with double vanities, bathtub and separate walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and walk-in closet. The third bedroom offers a twin bed plus a twin trundle/daybed that can be raised to create a larger sleeping surface. Bedrooms two and three share a full hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination. A washer and dryer are conveniently located on the second floor. Please note that an additional bedroom containing the owner's personal belongings remains locked and is not accessible to guests.

One of the home's highlights is its peaceful setting. Located at the end of the cul-de-sac, The Willow offers a covered patio and private-feeling backyard surrounded by mature greenery, with no neighboring home immediately to one side. The backyard is not fenced.

The Northlake location provides convenient access to I-85, I-285, Briarcliff Road, LaVista Road and Henderson Mill Road. Nearby employment, healthcare and education hubs include Mercer University, Emory University, Emory Healthcare, Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, the CDC and Assembly Studios. Nearby schools include Henderson Mill Elementary, Henderson Middle and Lakeside High School.

Utilities are included with a $400 monthly allowance for gas, water and electricity. Mandatory monthly professional cleaning is also included in the rent.
