Step into a beautifully appointed home with carefully curated spaces that promote relaxation and rejuvenation. Unwind in the cozy living area, bask in natural light, and enjoy the soothing ambience.

The private patio is the highlight of our sanctuary. Embark on your wellness journey with daily yoga sessions or practice meditation as the sunrises over Biscayne Bay. The patio is equipped with poufs and plenty of space to enjoy a morning HIT or Yoga session to enhance your experience.

Master Bedroom
Retire to a sumptuous queen bed in the master bedroom, with floor-to-ceiling sliding doors that let in ample light and showcase the stunning balcony view. For those mornings when you need extra darkness, the bedroom also comes with blackout shades.

Patio
Accessible from both the bedroom and living room, the Patio is the perfect spot to enjoy a view of Miami and breathtaking Biscayne Bay. It features a comfortable lounge area, with a few pouf's to chill and watch the sunrise, a bistro table with chairs to enjoy any meal, and is the most preferred spot in the condo!

Den
The spacious den includes a comfy full sofa sleeper and laptop-friendly workspace equipped with fast and reliable hi-speed WiFi. The condo is also equipped with an air mattress (either a queen or twin - upon request).

Bathrooms
The modern and stylish master bathroom features a shower and bathtub and is stocked with toiletries, plush towels, washcloths, and a hairdryer. The guest bathroom (half bathroom) is also fully equipped.

Kitchen & Dining
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and all essential cooking appliances and essentials. The dining table accommodates four people.

Living Room
The living room boasts designer furnishings, beautiful art, and a 50" LED Smart TV, equipped with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and YouTubeTV. There are also a few Ggle Nest Mini speakers to enjoy your favorite tunes from anywhere in the condo.

Health and Wellness
At Lunabase, we believe in promoting good health, and we provide our guests with yoga mats and a roller for stretching. You can use these on the patio or bay-front to enjoy a rejuvenating workout.


Other Things to Note

Guest Registration Process: Where applicable this reservation is subject to and contingent upon the prospective guest/s being approved by the condominium (a background check will be completed in this process). We will assist with the entire process. Please be advised of the non-refundable application fee of $200 per adult or married couple. In order to avoid an additional $200 application fee the condo association requires a marriage certificate. The application should be completed and submitted for association approval 14 business days prior to the effective date of reservation. In the event the prospective guest/s is/are not approved, this reservation will be cancelled, and all deposits made will be refunded to the prospective tenant (application fee will not be refunded).

Pets: We love pets and are a pet friendly property. The building association allows pets less than 20 pounds, require building registration with vaccines, a signed form, a photo, and a one-time $150 fee per pet. We also charge $150 for the first pet, $150 for the second pet. A total of $300 for 1 pet and $300 for 2 pets regardless of size or breed.

Age and Booking Policy: This property does not allow local residents within 60 miles radius, groups under 25 years of age, events, parties (bachelor/bachelorette groups are allowed), photo shoots or gatherings of any kind.

***New Development in Miami has skyrocketed and Miami is one of the fastest-growing cities in the United States, with new buildings and skyscrapers being constructed to accommodate the growing population and demand for real estate. Currently there is building going up to the north of Canvas (this condo faces east), so please be advised. That said, you shouldn't hear anything when inside the apartment due to the hurricane proof sliding doors. ***
