Plus two 1-bedroom, 1-bath guest units (rent separately or together for large families).

All our homes come fully furnished, including housewares and all appliances as well as washer and dryer. We have the option to include utilities with a monthly cap, we don't charge application fees, and all our leases can extend monthly after the original lease expires. We work with all lease terms from 1-12 months.
