The space
Our charming 3-bedroom townhome in Valencia, is located in the prime, Bridgeport Community. You will be able to enjoy all the community amenties such as: the pool, the bbq's, the community recreation room, and even the paddle boats on the lake, during the summer months!
The home has one king bed and (2) queen beds. The kitchen is well equipped. You will be able to park your cars in the private garage and driveway.

Guest access
Guest will access the home via their personal entry code.

This home is located with an HOA Community. please note the following:

* Guests must send a photo copy of their IDs, at the time of booking
*Guests may not store any items on the front patio
*Guests may not leave the garage door open for extended amount of time
