In 2008 the community was added to the National Register of Historic Places. The property has been completely restored with modern touches while still retaining its charm and character. The factory remains in operation so you will occasionally hear the sounds of American Ingenuity. There is a small park with walking trail, swings and more for the whole family.

In the home the original pine hardwood floors have been restored to provide a clean modern feel. The cozy living room has lots of windows that provide natural light and a ceiling fan. The pine floors flow into the bedroom featuring Queen size bed with closet and ceiling fans. The new eat in kitchen is perfect for cooking and entertaining.
