Arrive to a beautiful lushly landscaped entrance plaza with a fountain and iconic porte-cochere. Enter the Grand Lobby, which has amazing 30-foot ceilings, and be greeted a professional and friendly smiling staff, who will direct you to the elevators. After rising to the 11th floor you will enter the condo through your private elevator entrance, immediately viewing and unobstructed breathtaking view of Biscayne Bay .

This 2/2 1200sq/ft condo is a perfect blend of refined city, modern beach home and comfortable luxury. The distinctive residential living experience represents the epitome of refined cool, sophistication, pleasure and peace, and is conveniently located close to the eclectic delights of Miami’s popular Design District, Wynwood Arts District and Downtown.

MASTER SUITE: When you are finally ready to get tucked into bed you will sink into a 16" mattress with goose down pillows. The suite is equipped with a laptop friendly workspace to crank out some emails and two large closets to store your belongings. The floor to ceiling sliding doors provide plenty of light into the bedroom and lead to a breathtaking view on the balcony, but don't worry the bedroom is also equipped w/ blackout shades to keep the room extra dark when desired.

PATIO: Enter the 320 sq/ft patio from bedroom or living room and enjoy the bay view anytime, day or night.

BATHROOM: Stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, hand soap and hand lotion), plush towels, robes, slippers washcloths, and a hairdryer - you will feel right at home upon arrival.

KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully equipped for those who enjoy cooking and hosting and has beautiful white quartz countertops, stainless steel kitchen appliances, a stove top hood, and all the necessary cooking appliances/essentials. The kitchen island accommodates 3 people, and the outdoor dining table accommodates and additional 6.

LIVING ROOM: The spacious living area is modernly designed, has a 60" LED Smart TV (Netflix + YouTube TV), and is equipped with a lightning-fast router, a nest thermostat and Bose portable smart speaker to relax to some of your favorite tunes.

COFFEE & TEA: If you enjoy coffee and tea, you are in for a treat, as we've stocked the condo with a Moccamaster coffee machine, a Aeroccino milk frother, and stovetop tea kettle - along with some of our favorite coffee and tea.

REJUVENATION: At LunaBase seeking Wealth from Health is at our core, and our community understands the importance of a balanced body and mind to achieve lofty goals. As such, we stock our LUNABSE's with yoga mats and a roller for stretching, which can be used on the spacious 8' deep patio.

Additional Things to Note

GUEST REGISTRATION / APPROVAL PROCESS: Where applicable this reservation is subject to and contingent upon the prospective guest/s being approved by the condominium (a background check will be completed in this process). We will assist with the entire process. Prospective tenant/s is/are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of $200 per adult or married couple. The first applicant or married couple application fee will be included in the booking, and should a second fee be required, an additional $200 will be charged. Please note if you have different last names, a marriage certificate will be required by the condo association to avoid an additional $200 application fee for the 2nd guest. The application should be completed and submitted for association approval 14 business days prior to the effective date of reservation. In the event the prospective guest/s is/are not approved, this reservation will be cancelled, and all deposits made will be refunded to the prospective tenant.

CAR RENTAL: Renting our BMW 435i convertible or BMW 340i sedan will be coordinated through Turo. We will provide an unbeatable daily rate, which includes garage parking. Please ask for more info and can share more info and walk you through the simple booking process.

PETS: Pets are allowed, although, they need to be less than 20 pounds, building registration with vaccines is required, along with a signed form, photo, and a one-time $100 condo association fee per pet. We also charge $150 for the first pet, $250 for the second pet, totaling $250 for 1 pet and $600 for 2 pets regardless of size or breed. These fees are not included in the nightly rates.

RENT RESPONSIBLE: We are committed to Rent Responsibly standards. This means we follow best-in-class guidelines to ensure you have a peaceful, safe, and memorable stay with us. We use a smart home device that measures decibel levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay, and it is 100% privacy compliant and required on this property.
