Westside Metro House

Our house consist of 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom single family with a parking space on the front yard, with a detached studio located in the backyard. Remodeled, with skylights in bathroom and hallway, triple pane windows for noise insulation, open concept kitchen living dining room is very spacious for entertain, house is located in Sawtelle Bundy triangle neighborhood. Close to Barrington Ave and Exposition Blvd, in front of the metro E Line. A bike path across the street has a lot of foot traffic for a walk, run or bike ride.

We are very close to metro, and Barrington Ave, if you open the windows, you will hear some street noise during traffic hours.

Our bathtub can only be used as shower due to drain type to be a hair catcher.
