Explore the vast backyard with mature Texas Oaks and Pecan Trees, wander down the walking trails nestled among the trees, unwind on the deck (with occasional Six Flags fireworks views), or grill up a storm on the BBQ grill. Your comfortable bed is equipped with luxury hotel sheets, pillows, and comforters, along with each bedroom having its own Smart TV. We're just down the street from the neighborhood park with volleyball and a playground for kids. Minutes away from La Cantera Resort, Six Flags Fiesta, 15 minutes to SeaWorld, and a 20-minute drive to Downtown/Riverwalk. Everything you need for the comforts of home. Guests have access to the entire property except the locked-off garage, used for storage at this time. We welcome you to our home and encourage you to make it your own. Our home is pet-friendly, and your furry friends are sure to love the views from inside and outside. Additional amenities are available upon request with a 3-business-day notice. Please note our bedding arrangements: we can sleep 12 in 6 Queen beds and offer 3 inflatable luxury mattresses with bedding for extra sleeping arrangements. A few important notes: The pool is not heated and is cleaned every Thursday. We can arrange a cleaning on your arrival day for an extra $50 with a two-day business notice. There's a City Ordinance for quiet hours between 10 pm and 7 am, so please be respectful in our quiet neighborhood. We have a noise monitoring device to ensure a peaceful atmosphere for our neighbors; it doesn't record sounds but helps us maintain a respectful noise level.
