The property is located within walking distance to 2 major grocery stores, multiple restaurants, gyms and other stores which offer necessities. The property is also located within a 10 minute drive to Legacy Village, Pinecrest, The Beachwood mall shopping center and more, as well as a 15 minute drive to Downtown Cleveland and only 5 minutes from I-271. Our minimum lease requirement is 4 months with month to month availability thereafter. Pets are negotiable but a additional security deposit may be required.
