All of our homes are single family detached homes, many with fenced yards and/or garages. We are pet friendly and include all furnishings, utilities, internet, lawn care, housewares, and brand new linens, towels, and pillows for each guest. We generally require just a 30 day minimum initial lease term, automatic extensions at the same rental rate, and 10 days notice required to vacate. (Please note partial furnished and unfurnished options may also be available.)
